Some Questions for Me

Some Questions for Me

Which was your favorite story from the ones that your mother read to you? Madeline by Ludwig Bemelans. I loved the rhyming of the story. I had it memorized by the time I was 4-years old. Which jobs did you work before you finally decided to become a full-time writer? What impact have they had on your writing? I have always been a story-teller and was invited to a lot of slumber parties as a young teen because I had an uncontrolled imagination…

So you want to write a novel?

So you want to write a novel?

I always have people tell me they would love to write a book but just don’t think they can do it. The Harpist

The Narcissist She Loved Beyond All Reason But he was incapable of loving anyone other than himself. He made promises that he knew he would never keep. He taunted her about a future he knew would never come to pass. He knew he was inflicting pain and didn’t care. He was selfish beyond belief, taking what he could from her but giving nothing back. His eyes turned cold and dark and his words stabbed her with mockery. He pulled her…

A Coincidence?

A Coincidence?

In my new book, James’s London residence, a townhome, is in Cavendish Square. Susan, who still lives with her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Bradford, have their London home in Grosvenor Square. James and Susan meet secretly in Green Park. The funny thing is that I made it all up even though I’d heard of these places before but until I looked up a map of 1815 London I didn’t know if they were close to each other. They are!!!
